Welcome to NOMU! These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.


Pricing and Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • AMEX
  • Mastercard
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay

All prices are listed in GBP (£). VAT is included where applicable.


Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50.
  • Standard Delivery: For orders under £50, standard delivery is £3.50. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days.
  • Next Day Delivery: If you need your matcha sooner, next-day delivery is available for £5. Orders must be placed before 1 pm to qualify for next-day service.

We currently only ship within the UK.


Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your NOMU products! However, if you’re not satisfied with non-perishable items (such as accessories), you may return them within 14 days of receipt. Please note:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on perishable goods like matcha powder once opened.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.


Liability

While we make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and timely deliveries, NOMU cannot be held liable for:

  • Delays in delivery due to shipping issues beyond our control.
  • Any allergic reactions or health issues that may arise from using our products. Please review the ingredients and usage instructions carefully.
  • Any damages or loss during shipping. We recommend purchasing insurance if you are concerned about your shipment.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions on the website.


Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
