Refund policy
At NOMU, we want you to love your matcha experience. If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know by emailing us at contact@wearenomu.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and include your order number.
Please note the following:
- As matcha is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any opened items.
- We do not provide return labels. You will need to arrange for the return at your own cost, and please ensure packaging is sufficient to prevent damage during transit.
We want to make sure you’re happy, so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns!
