Shipping policy
At NOMU, we want to make sure you receive your matcha as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options:
UK Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50.
- Standard Delivery: £3.50 on orders under £50. Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days.
- Next Day Delivery: £5 for next-day delivery. Orders must be placed before 1 pm to qualify for next-day service, and delivery will be made the following business day.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). For standard delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 working days from dispatch. Please allow an additional day for next-day delivery orders placed after 1 pm.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your matcha's journey to your doorstep.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a delayed or missing package, please reach out to us at contact@wearenomu.com with your order number and details, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
